Cancellation Policy
Kadie Paige Esthetics has a 50% cancellation fee for all cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. All no call no shows will be charged 100% of the service. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service. If you are 10+ minutes late without communication and pre approval your appointment is automatically cancelled and considered a no show. All clients must have a valid card on file to book. All clients must agree to these policies before booking. Communication is key to avoid any fees. No Refunds.
All card transactions will be surcharged Derby’s 8.5% tax rate and a separate 3.5% processing fee.
